Fly Llama Brewing

Fly Llama Brewing is a craft brewery in Biloxi on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, known by its motto “Stay Fly.” It makes approachable craft beer and hard seltzer from locally and regionally sourced ingredients, mixing traditional and modern brewing techniques to cover classic styles and Southern flavors. Founder and brewmaster David Reese is a Master Cicerone, the only one in Mississippi. He earned a brewing degree from the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and worked at several Midwest breweries before relocating to Mississippi in 2014, where he helped launch a different Gulf Coast brewery. The lineup has included an Amber Coastal Lager flagship, the Fly-PA IPA, a Belgian-style wit and a seltzer series. The taproom pours more than 30 beers, seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks, with a food truck on site. Fly Llama hosts parties and an annual festival called Llamapalooza.
